Hi! I’m Hannah Hopper, a Registered Holistic Nutritionist living on the Sunshine Coast of British Columbia.

I work 1:1 with clients to help you feel nourished, radiant, and balanced in your body. Together, we’ll promote healthy hormones, balanced blood sugar, optional digestion, and metabolic health using nourishing foods and holistic lifestyle support.
